Yes - Home Shield LLC is fully insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

What happens if you find a problem with my gutters?

If we notice an issue - like a loose section, an improper slope, or a downspout that isn’t draining correctly - we’ll let you know and explain your options. If it’s something minor and within scope, we can often address it; otherwise we’ll recommend the best next step.

Do I need to be home for the service?

Usually, no. As long as we can access the areas being cleaned and any gates are unlocked, we can typically complete the work while you’re away. We’ll confirm details before your appointment.

How often should gutters be cleaned?

Most homes benefit from cleaning at least twice per year - typically in spring and fall. Homes with heavy tree coverage may need more frequent service.

How soon can you get me scheduled?

Scheduling depends on the season and weather, but we respond quickly and will offer the soonest available openings. If you’re on a tight timeline, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you clean up debris after gutter cleaning?

Yes. We remove debris from the gutters and clean up around the work area so your property looks neat when we leave.
